Celebrating Our Leadership Team

Members of the Duke Center for Computational and Digital Health Innovation leadership team have reached some exciting milestones. It has been an incredible year, and we could not be more excited to see our colleagues recognized for their outstanding contributions to research, education, and innovation. 

Congratulations to Jessilyn Dunn, our Associate Director for Wearables, on her promotion to Associate Professor with tenure in Biomedical Engineering. Jessilyn’s pioneering work in digital health, wearable technologies, and biomedical data science continues to shape the future of proactive, precision healthcare. This recognition is a well-deserved milestone, and we are excited to see the impact her research and leadership will continue to have in the years ahead. 

Congratulations also to Maria Gorlatova, our Associate Director for Extended Reality, who has been named the Sternberg Family Associate Professor in Duke’s Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Maria’s leadership at the intersection of extended reality, networking, and AI has been instrumental in expanding the Center’s vision for immersive digital health technologies. 

Additionally, Center Director Amanda Randles was promoted to Full Professor in Biomedical Engineering. “It is a privilege to work alongside such an exceptional team, and I am grateful for the opportunity to help lead a Center filled with colleagues who are pushing the boundaries of computational and digital health,” Dr. Randles says.
