Modelling a single cancer cell in a sea of blood
Sayan Roychowdhury presented at the SC23 conference on the research paper “Enhancing Adaptive Physics Refinement Simulations through the Addition of Realistic Red Blood Cell Counts.” The paper, authored mostly by Duke University scientists along with researchers from Oak Ridge National Laboratory and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, focuses on simulations of cancer cell transport through the upper circulatory system.
