Ryan J. Shaw, PhD, RN, an Associate Professor at the Duke University Schools of Nursing and Medicine, is at the forefront of integrating patient-generated health data and emerging technologies into novel care delivery models. His research focuses on using data from wearables, sensors, and devices that enhance patient care and integrate with electronic health records (EHRs). Dr. Shaw’s work is shaping the future of healthcare through the integration of technology and patient-centered data in nursing practice.
